This book is a little bit of everything narcissistic. HG Tudor is a writer that easily breaks down into bite sized pieces, why the narcissist thinks and acts as he does. This work gives an overview of the machinations used by the narcissist in a variety of instances. Get your knowledge on and fortify your defense against the narcissist by reading this book.

I am never sure whether I am being manipulated by the material I read about this stuff or that it is real. I suppose that is part of the headf$*&ery. I am done having any of it in my life.
Yet another source of information that is spot on. HG holds nothing back. Truth can be hard to swallow and painful, yet not as painful as the lie.
Out standing! HG never lets me down! Always something new to learn!!

Knowing the true Narcissist as explicitly detailed by the Master Narcissist himself, HG Tudor! I love this book because the author writes so clearly and explicitly that you feel, through the examples he gives throughout the book, that he was in your living room when you had your last encounter with your narcissist! HG explains how the narcissist thinks, how he manipulates and how we can best be free on this never ending cycle. No other publication has helped me more than the books by Mr. Tudor along with his website narcsite.com. A must read for all empaths who have tangled or are still ensnared by a narcissist!
